1. Orders are accepted on the conditions that price will remain unchanged but subject to ruling at date of dispatch.
2. All prices are subject to alteration without notice.
3. GST 10% or ruling rates where applicable.
4. Cancellation must be advised in writing prior to goods leaving warehouse.
5. Claims for shortages or damages to goods in transit will not be accepted unless notified within 48 hours of delivery.

7. The right is reserved to withdraw, modify design and / or specifications of any item without notice.
8. Funtastic Ltd will not accept the return of goods except in the following circumstances.
- A. Goods of faulty manufacture
- B. Goods not ordered.
- C. Duplicated order.
- D. Goods for repair and return.
9. Any goods bought of clearance are not returnable.
10. Claims for items which are shop, worn, price marked, mishandled or abused will not be allowed and will be returned at customers expense.
11. Any items invoiced over 12 months previously are non-refundable.
12. Defective goods for return must be shipped through our nominated carrier. Goods forwarded through any other carrier will not be accepted. Please indicate the return authorisation number on your claim forms.
13. All claims or return of goods must be accompanied by consignment note, invoice numbers and item numbers.
14. A minimum order value of $300.00 (excluding GST) is applicable, any order under that value will carry an additional freight charge of $10.00.
15. Payment Terms: Strictly NETT 30 days, unless by special arrangements.
16. All goods remain the property of Funtastic Ltd until invoice is paid in full.
17. Warranty - At the discretion of Funtastic Ltd we will repair or replace any goods returned due to faulty manufacture within 90 days. Proof of purchase will be required.
