OPTION ONE
By faxing through on (03) 9545 0829
Information required:
- - Store name, store number, fax number and contact name.
- - Item description, item code and quantity requesting claim on.
- - Reason for claim (faulty, not received, not ordered)
The fax will be returned with R.A. No.
OPTION TWO
Call our Customer Service Department on 1800 660 655 for a Return Authority Number. Once a RA number has been issued you will be advised if the stock is required to be returned to Funtastic or destroyed.
Enclose RA request form and RA number with returned stock. Please ensure that all cartons are clearly marked with RA number. Any stock returned without an RA number will be rejected and sent back to store.
Credits will not be passed unless above information is included.
Goods must be returned by our nominated carrier.
